Christmas and New Year – Helplines and web chat opening times

On Tuesday 23 December 2025, our helplines and web chat will be open 9:00 – 15:00 UK time.

ICAEW is closed on 24–26 December 2025 and on 1 January 2026.

On Monday 29 December, Tuesday 30 December and Friday 2 January 2026, our helplines and web chat are open 09:00 – 16:00 UK time. On Wednesday 31 December, helplines and web chat are open 10:00 – 16:00 UK time.

Normal opening hours will resume on Monday 5 January 2026.

Live web chat is available between 09:00 – 17:00 (UK Time), Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 17:00 (UK Time) on Wednesdays, excluding UK bank holidays.
